That happens sometimes (eg Sidmouth). Mind, you'd really want to see the campers face to face first.

There is definitely scope for an entrepreneur here. But maybe a little late for this year. There's masses of suitable space for campsites within an easy walk of Leigh. And plenty of back gardens too.

I'm curious why the Olympics should make any particular difference in this context. A couple of weeks of hyped up sport, and maybe some white elephant sports facilities mouldering away... So what, once the Captains and the Kings have departed?
