I find it extraordinary how nearly every topic on this board which starts out as a lighthearted one inevitably gets sidetracked, hi-jacked or whatever you care to call it by the humourless, the professional takers of offense, the grinders of axes, the wilfully uncomprehending and the knee-jerk combatants who will always disagree with what certain other posters say.
