Well thanks to all who turned up last night, It was a little quieter than some of the evenings we've had recently but none the worse for that. It all went rather smoothly I thought, apart from the heckler in the doorway late on. No doubt he had been sampling freely the selection of fine ales on offer!

No doubt you'll be relieved to hear that Les will be back at the helm for the next singaround.

And don't forget for those Morris enthusiasts we have a wonderful evening of Morris Dancing, followed by some Country Dancing back at the Beech. This will be starting off at the Bowling Green Pub in Chorlton (next to Chorlton Green) at 8:00 pm on Tue 30th June, the last Tues of this month (note that this replaces our normal Beginners Tunes Session but bring your instruments cos we can play for the country dancing later on).
