BTW, I just ate all I could of a three pounder (I don't eat the body) and it's the first time I have ever had one that size that wasn't just right. Now, it was cooked and iced last night and I have never had one that size that wasn't still warm... what's your view on the proper size fer good tasting, tender lobster, K?
