Two of my favorites are Yeats' poems put to music: The song of Wandering Aengus, because it affirms for me the importance of valuing an ideal and/or a dream of what's beautiful, and being willing to follow it to the ends of the earth--- in the end the attainment is probably the quest itself and how it shapes one...And The Lake Isle of Innisfree, because it speaks to the things I value in a beautiful and simple way.
