and I know chrons is far worse then Diverticulitis but that one can mess you up and make you very ill also. With chrons I cannot tell you how many times it put me in the hospital not counting the spinal surgeries. Nearly bleed out a couple of times. Just watch yourself with this stuff. Just a nice easy diet for sure.

For me Nuts, love them, but they can put me in the hospital so I try to avoid mostly. Only once in a while do I eat em
