I find this hard to believe. How is it possible to make such a cock up.

The RAF Waddington Air Show is a big event in Lincolnshire UK, and one of the big expectaions was to have the Vulcan Bomber flying at the event.
The plane was there, the crew were there and all the team necessary to make it happen. Totally sold out event. The only problem was a cock up in the paperwork. LOL I wouldn't like to be the person(s) who didn't think to make sure the paperwork was in place well before the event. Good planning eh.

Good job the wonderful Red Arrows were there.
