I sing in praise of slops unsung,
And steaming heaps of livestock dung.
The odor and the smell and reek
Would make a maggot's stomach weak.
That foul melange of putrid scents
Would knock a buzzard from a fence.
But that obnoxious rank bouquet
Keeps uninvited guests away!
