when I posted the question I wasn't exactly sure what I needed to know. I think McGrath has clarified it for me. My friend is quite fussy and will need lots of distractions to keep her happy. I don't think she would like just concerts with big crowds or village fetes for more than one day. It looks like its going to be Sidmouth - fringe events and dancing are right up her street.
