From all I've heard & seen over the yrs, it is the Boston event orginizers "Sail Boston" ika "Conventures" that has done a 'piss poor' job with the Tall Ships. Other cites have turne this event into a wonderous event. San Francisco's vent last yr should be an example. It's a shame that ASTA (the fleet's membership orginisation doesn't require more from it's Boston event handelers.
