if I remember correctly, Max has not for quite awhile had the 'cat on his local machine...it was ported off to some machine in (Calfornia?) which does the actual 'hosting'...so traffic and routers are pretty complex...and 3-8 USA eastern time are the heavy hours.

It is often interesting to look at Internet Traffic Report to get an idea of what is happening
