Had an email from Carlton landlord today:

Hi John, The Pub had a 26 ton truck back into it yesterday.

The structural engineer didn't show up until 5 and refused to issue a site safety certificut until today so we had to remain closed.

As I didn't have any of your phone numbers I couldn't contact you.

We are open for business as usual from now on.
