I generally got better audio recording in the cabin with no amps being used than I did in the concert. When the sound is amplified and then picked up by the laptop's internal mic from a distance of 10-15 feet, there can be distortion that isn't there when the laptop's just recording an acoustic performance from 5 to 10 feet away.    Then there's the issue of which format I use for saving the audio/video file.   I can experiment with that some more.

In the clip of the song I did at the concert, I could hardly hear my guitar at all.
