Prison hooch is called "Pruno" for obvious reasons.
A remarkably similar "champagn" is made with lemons and cane sugar.
Ginger Beer - the British stuff - homemade can have a real kick.
Dandilion Wine - my recipe has oranges and lemons in it (aunt's)
