I suppose anything which has starch or sugars in it can be fermented into something to get you drunk. Providing you are desperate enough.
I once made wine from a grafting-rootstock grape called Albany Surprise. It could be drunk, given the previously mentioned desperation. I still have a couple of bottles, 25 years later, but I gave most of it to a prospective alcoholic.
