Was the damage done when the power came back on? Can you take the drives out and put them in a new computer in slave positions? Drive boxes are inexpensive these days. You'll have to "give yourself permission" to get to all of your data, though.

I guess it's time to do a backup. I take these kinds of events as a reminder to myself.
