Once again the river is rising. I'm not going this year as there should have been more info givin by the festival personal. Last year
they acted like nothing had occurred when in fact thousands of people
drove many miles only to find a very muddy festival with no camping on festival grounds. No effort was made by the WVA festival personal toward refunds, credits or something that would bring festival attendees back to winfield. I have attended this festival for the last 29years but I can't bring myself to go this year. We only go to see our friends from all over the country anyway. It is not worth $180.00(2people)$84.00(camping)spending money everyday in town,
fighting with the town folk(kids) when they come into camp and steal ya blind. A change has come and our camp of 62 people will not be there this year(2009)
