Look for a sudden increase in the uptake of:-

1). WiFi
2). Mobile broadband
3). Skype, and other VOIP.

Look also for news of a puzzled BT, asking why the government has decided to bankrupt their domestic trade, as they lose 60% of their fixed line customers to Sky, Virgin and VOIP.

New labour are salting away huge new borrowing, and stealth tax increases, so that they can have a bargain basement giveaway just short of the election.
