I don't dance!
But I play the music for others to dance to - on a piano accordion.
Mostly it's for the Morris Dancers and there are some really bouncy tunes that we all enjoy.
But I've also been involved in bands that play for ceilidhs or barn dances or even just a night when enthusiastic listeners get up and start jigging around, particularly on St Patrick's Day.
The music played is a mix of English, Irish, Scottish, American, and even a bit of Australian and NZ sometimes.
