I know that Kevin, the fact remains, if you have an appliance, capable of receiving BBC programmes. then you MUST pay a TV licence, so it's blackmail. You pay whether you watch or whether you don't.
Don't you understand that som epeople want nothing to do with TV, but may own a computer.
