Don MacKenzie (Glasgow,but now Gosport ) and I were sometimes known as " Aha !Don!" , and we were both in bands aboard carrier HMS Eagle,he in "Sounds Fayre" and me in "The Guinness Grenadiers" ; later,we teamed up with Martin Horan and others in Gosport as "Hay Fever" so called because we got up peoples' noses .
