What a pleasure to hear from you, even at this sad time. As you can tell, your dad was well-loved. I didn't see him in person very often, but I've known him many years through Mudcat. For many of us, we have made true friends through this community & I surely feel that way about your dad. We exchanged notes, I've prayed for him & your family at various times, &, when we've had the chance to meet in person, we hugged. I'm pretty sure he introduced me to your mom, one year at the Old Songs Festival in Albany. The Internet has given a new dimension to friendship. Your dad will be sorely missed, but never forgotten!
