Nov 11... in my 40 odd years living in New Brunswick, I have only seen a few of those days with good weather. Usually, it's cold with rain and/or snow. A half dozen years ago or so, there was a great debate about continuing to hold the ceremonies at The Cenotaph or in the Coliseum where it's warm and dry.

It ended when one vet wrote a letter to the editor that said, in a nutshell... I slept in a puddle in the cold with a wet blanket and I was damn glad to have the blanket... some didn't. Why should I have to be cold and wet again?
