Ok, I think I understand. He was probably talking about the story that he heard on the news having something about a piece of toast involved.

There are probably a lot of people, like myself, who would like to become more familiar with politics in Northern Ireland, but there is so much we don't know, that we don't have any context in which to place what little we do understand.
