I am trying to go to bed regularly before the wife's alarm goes off at 6.30am
so I can wake up in time to get some sunlight in the afternoons..
Its either going to involve tying her arms and legs together
and blocking her mouth with a handkerchief,
or separate bedrooms.

We've been together for 1/4 of a century and now the onset of her menopause
is starting to wreak havoc on my body clock.

On the other hand I may as well make the most of my solitary nocturnal lifestyle
and catch up on recording my long delayed 1st solo CD.

Can't say I enjoy wearing closed back headphones for 8 hour shifts though..
