Where there is a Worm Hill, invariably it stands on a Dragon Line, and there you will find it topped with a church of St Michael to s/lay it - as with Glastonbury Tor and St. Michael's Mount and all points in between. There are a few exceptions I can think of, like Worm Hill in Fatfield, one time home of the Lambton Worm, and Spindlestone Heugh in Northumberlanmd where the Laidley Worm has its lair.
