On the school bus in the mid-70s we sang:
And there was (insert embarrassed female classmate's name here)
Swinging on the outhouse door
Without her nighty
Waiting for the garbage man
Whose name was (insert embarrassed male classmate's name here).

It was an effective way to torture the dorkier and less popular kids, as well as pick on each other. I was so dorky and unpopular I never got mentioned!
