This poll is a little slanted - if you ask turkeys to vote for Christmas/Thanksgiving - the result would not be surprising.

So it is with this one. A very large majority of licensing officers has voted here against the introduction of a licensing exemption for small premises.

Perhaps that can be balanced up a bit?
