That's probably why it didn't turn up in my DT/Forum search, Jim. (Q, I did put [Christmas Time's A-Comin] in the search box. I left off the final g and the apostrophe, because it could have been posted either way. But I got absolutely nothing. Maybe it's because I typed "a-comin" instead of (incorrect) "a comin". But this sometimes a DT/Forum search fails to find a title even when I have typed a title exactly the way it is in the DT and/or forum.

The lyrics I posted aren't really different from the ones that Masato posted from that website.
But I transcribed them from a video of Bill Monroe, and he starts out with a verse, not with the chorus.   He may have the verses in different order, too. It doesn't really matter with this song.
