The bio of Dr. Roger Ravelle was posted because everybody should know who he was. Simple, eh?

Dr. Ravelle is where the concept of C0₂ as a "greenhouse gas"started, early 1950s.

He was an honorable man and did not adjust data to fit his politics. He was a pioneer in the study of oceans and the mechanics of their storage of C0₂.

As far as physics/chemistry types vs biology/natural science types, the gulf can be large.

People who do not know about the importance of C0₂ in photosynthesis may not really know where the stuff really goes. Google a few articles on the subject and keep an open mind.
