where's lives me dear old grandad
and me granny too god bless 'em
and monya hours I've spent there in me time
they have a little garden and a cosy little greenhouse
where grandad passes manya hours away
he's happy and contented among his plants and flowers
and if ever I pop in he's sure to say

I'm as fained as if tha'd gid me half a crown
now tha munn'd go away tha must stop and have the tay
