These are the qualifications for TGORF candidate, Gnu:

1) The guys in white coats must not be knocking on the candidate's door, but they may be at the Tim Horton's down the street buying coffee.

2) When given a choice between spending a night in a $1,000,000 dollar hotel room or under a $1,000,000,000 dollar bridge, the candidate goes with the higher priced option.
