I am the anti-crust.
I make quiche without crusts.
I make frozen pies without crust.
I make cheesecakes without crust (usually).

I don't make crusts. My crusts are inedible.

If I have to make a crust it will probably be a crumb crust, which are slightly less inedible then my (theoretical) pie crusts.
