Judy...you can indeed do many things with the bookmarks...even back in Netscape 3, you could write commentary about the bookmarks, now in N4, you can drag a bookmark directly to the folder you want..(click on'location'...hand appears...keep holding down and drag left to bookmark symbol...bookmarks appear..keep holding down and swoop thru your layers of bookmarks [you DO have them neatly sorted, don't you?] until you get to the exact place you want it..[line shows you]..then let go.

If you DO have N4, you should have 3 barred arrows at left end..each controls a row of menus....the middle one should be you 'personal toolbar folder' which is like a set of bookmarks that is always there...you put things in it just like any bookmark folder, and you can name it by the same trick as you name ANY bookmark..click 'bookmarks', click 'edit bookmarks', which brings up the HTML file..highlight the one you want, click 'edit properties' and you get a box to rename it or write stuff about it...the 'file' part of that menu is VERY important...allows you to set all the controls for bookmarks..create new folders, etc...you do need to read the help file to get all the stuff...(or meet me in some chat room and we go over it line by line! *grin*)

it just goes on & on...

(by the way...I have 6 picture cataloguers at last count!!..tsk!)
