It's a big change to not have a child in the house any more. In our case, the last one was acting so horribly, she always does when there's big change - makes it easier to not have to go through emotional goodbyes, it was rather peaceful and welcome.

I overdid it a bit, yesterday, first to Morgan's, then home for early dinner with my brother and Rog who cooked it all, then short nap, then off to our son's which was really fun, but we figured out when we left my O2 wasn't working right which explained why I was feeling so cruddy. I couldn't tell it wasn't working before because we were all talking, playing games and making lots of noise. I even got my fiddle out, but was too weak to make much more than a squeak. Today it has been hard to keep my eyes opne, but I'll be okay with a better night's sleep.

Rog has already rendered the turkey, we've had leftovers twice, yummy, and my pies turned out good - could have had more spices, but still good. I have a few dishes to wash tomorrow. We may go through some stuff in a closet, but Roger is really enjoying his time off, so I may just leave him alone tomorrow. See if there is anything I can do without his help.

Hope you are all keeping well. So far, I've stuck within my points range this week!
