Michelle, does tylenol help? I ask because I have chronic pain which was keeping me awake too much. I was so proud of myself for stopping nightly tylenol and benadryl a few months ago. I was proving a point to a friend who could care less...dummy me. Anyway, last night I had a brain and took some tylenol which allowed me to sleep pain free! Duh! Anyhow, I hope you feel better.

I took everything off the Christmas tree and put them in the bin. It is ready for Rog to take out. We leave it in the stand and set it out for the birds to nestle in. When it gets too dry, then we'll recycle it.

Today was weigh-in for me. I've lost another .9 of a lb.:-)
