I am going to plug the mini trampoline again. Set it in front of TV with lovely videos of outdoor scenes. Some have decent music, like some Scottish highlands videos. Stunning scenery and bagpipes wi'out the mozzies and weather. Can't beat it.

Really I have terrible foot and leg pain not only joints but muscles not getting enough chemicals or oxygen or something. The trampoline reduces a lot of the pain because it absorbs the shock of each foot fall. Nice easy pace. Advise glass of water before starting ad use of TENS machine during and/or after.

I know it is the willpower to just get up and do it. Just heard a very interesting news report on BBC R 1 about the willpower muscle (yes they called it that). Some study found that the brain doesn't have anything left over to give to willpower after taxing work or if dealing with pain etc. Best thing for the willpower is to make conscious move to just sitting up and standing up straight. Improving the posture makes it work better.
