Well Michael, I would prefer to see a truly international effort, including countries like China and the Muslim countries coming together in a show of brotherhood and generosity to rebuild the country. I think that would go further than anything else to impress upon this planet's people that we are all in this together and will look after each other for the common good. Do I think this will happen? Not bloody likely but one can dream.
