Okay, now that I'm thinking about this, just to help clarify it in my mind again. It goes thus:

I am.
Thou art. (< -- informal. formal -- >) You are.
He is.

I give the book to him.
I give the book to thee.

He gives the book to thee

Thou giveth to him.

So the different pronoun forms can be interchanged thus:

I = Thou = He = We
Me = Thee = Him = Us
