I worked at Hawker Siddeley Aviation in Chadderton with both him and Jack Lee, donkeys years ago. Before he left to become a firefighter and Jack went to whatever they were called and I came to Canada.
I was talking about him with Lorraine (Tony Downes ex) when I stayed with them on Vancouver Island a couple of years ago.
