The skies over San Diego are gradually recovering their classic twinkly blue visage after several days of crude interruptions by what I believe Northerners call "cloud formations". There was some vandal flying around dumping water on the streets and buildings, but we stood firm and in the end all he could do is wash the dust off our sleepy little Navy town. We are once again bathed in themost delicate, docile sunlight.
