I disagree.

You gotta have loyal opposition to a SOTU, so I disagree. If you'd like to know what I disagree with, send a Post-Toasties boxtop and a buck to cover postage and handling. Or just pick something and tell everyone I disagree with it. Not that I'm going to do anything about it, because I represent the Great Apathetic Majority, or GAM. But I disagree with them also.
