Art fairs, at which I spend roughly twenty weekends a year hawking my pottery, are favorite gathering spots for Red Hat Society members. It's rare for an art fair not to have a gaggle or two of Red Hatters run through it over the course of a weekend. They're nice friendly people and they bring smiles to people's faces. However, they rarely spend any money. I guess most of 'em already have all the "stuff" they need. I sell far more pots to bikers than Red Hatters.
