My weather watcher program says "heavy snow/wind". That still does not mean blizzard to me... I lived in Kansas, and have seen maybe 2 'blizzards', which was reserved for heavy snow coming at you sideways....

still, the system is supposed to be moving 'fast', so I supposed more wind than usual is possible.

(Oh...in Kansas, they didn't even say 'snow storm' unless there was a lot of snow and quite a bit of wind. Here, they call anything over 2 inches a 'storm'.)
