wilby, learning how to get under the hood yourself is not only a good thing to do for your self-esteem (gives you some control over the Bleeping Computer!) it can save you money. But these software things--there are some good sites with advice out there, but you have to search on the problem and find the one that you find easiest to navigate and understand.
