I had the pleasure of knowing and singing with Charles for many years. I always appreciated his enthusiasm and vocal style as well as his unique guitar work. I still enjoy listening to his renditions of traditional chanteys with his own unique approach. His talent and sense of humor was welcomed on every stage he mounted. I will always be a fan and rue his loss.
