The [unhappily] late Kirsty MacColl, mentioned above, was good at such obliquely catchy titles: I always partic liked "Don't come the cowboy with me, Sonny Jim" & "There's a guy works down the chipshop swears he's Elvis".

I would also instance Gluck/Gold/Weiner's "It's my party and I'll cry if I want to", sung originally by Lesley Gore.
