Jim, it's Mitchell, not Miller. I don't know of any link to it. It was track 10 on their 1964 album, Reflecting. I don't know whether it has made its way to CD. At http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=441 it is alleged that Roberta Flack learned it from Morgan Ames, who learned it from Ron White, who learned it from the Chad Mitchell Trio recording.
