I love return to the medieval pre-Renaissance convention of various scenes from same story all happening simultaneously in same canvas, like those 14C/15C Lives of Saints that Italian of Dutch just-Post-Primitives did. So appropriate to this dramatic story with its intro, challenge, competition, climax, death.
