I find the stanza devoted to the ladies a bit ungallant (or, as we say these days, politically incorrect) for recent mixed company, and have managed the following ambisexual substitute:

Here's to our limbs, our lusty young limbs,
That used to put on such a show.
Here's to guts and our bosoms & butts --
What was it that made them grow?
It was, etc.
